In this segment from INSIDE STORY: The Warfighters, Kyle Harth, Aaron Barruga (Guerrilla Approach) and Robert Keller (Gamut Resolutions) are posed the question, “What is the minimum gear you would buy on a budget?”
Special thanks to the staff of Bourbon Columbia for their hospitality as well as their special blend of Angel’s Envy bourbon that helped smooth the way for the questions and answers.

Definitely some good insights… basic recommendation for a carbine is “anything reliable” and a “reliable optic” while talking about the misplaced “need” for accessorizing. Very much agreed, but I would argue learning to shoot with factory sights will a) not only save you money up front allowing you to get a better gun but b) teach you how to shoot with irons in case your budget optic fails.
