Karen Bartuch
aren has been in law enforcement since 2002 working a variety of assignments including patrol, gang and tactical teams, undercover operations, policy advisor to the superintendent and intelligence and counter-terrorism. She is the president and founder of the Women’s Tactical Association, a non-profit charity that brings life-savings skills training to female law enforcement.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University. She is an avid runner and weightlifter. Her favorite role is as a mommy to her 6-year old daughter, Taylor.
