Ingredients:
1 Cup of Water
2 TBS Instant Espresso Powder
2 TBS Sugar
½ TBS Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
4 oz. Dark Chocolate Chips
Coco Nibs, garnish
Whipped Cream
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Directions:
In a sauce pot combine the water, espresso, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom. Stir to combine everything and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes or until the espresso powder is fully dissolved. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips. Whisk to combine and melt the chocolate into the espresso.
To Serve:
In a glass cup place 1 to 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream inside. Top the ice cream with the warm spiced espresso. Top the whole thing with whipped cream and cocoa nibs. Serve.
