Ingredients:
1 ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¾ Cup Soy Sauce
¾ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
½ Cup Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
Parsley
2 Tablespoons Dry mustard
2 ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the venison. Once well combined place the venison in a bowl, pour marinade over and let marinate overnight.
