Keith Garcia has been a California police officer for 20 years, holding various positions in the department, his favorite being the SWAT team leader. In 2004, Keith started competitive shooting, primarily entering handgun and LEO only SWAT matches. In 2008, he began shooting 3-Gun competitions, and never looked back. Aside from his 3-Gun accomplishments, Keith is a respected firearms instructor having conducted master-class training for students all over the United States. In this video, Keith presents a course of fire that is designed to push the limits of your skill with a handgun. These challenges are a test of your shooting, weapon handing, manipulation and speed. Your skill level will not be the only thing tested; your gun and gear will face challenges as well. Some gear and guns may not be up to the task. On many of these drills the time limit will cause you to operate outside your comfort zone. That is the point. Be safe as you try new techniques and practice them dry before moving on to live fire. Then when you are ready, hit the range and shoot each drill.

The presenter Keith Garcia does an Excellent Job of breaking down and demonstrating each one. If you are serious about Improving your Competitive Shooting Skills then you need this video! His second video – How to Train for 3-Gun is even better and the only video I have seen that shows you how to be more competitive in Multi-Gun Sports.
